You can help people in the Congo through vital health, education and livelihood programs which in turn benefit all gorilla conservation efforts. Your Coins for Congo™ coin drive will bring attention to the plight of the people and wildlife in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and funds to make change.

The Fossey Fund works in the Congo to save gorillas and the many other endangered animals there, through support of an immense corridor of nature reserves and national parks.  But with the ongoing security issues in Congo, many local people are suffering and it is not possible to save the gorillas without providing help and support to the human communities around them.
